Care Beyond the Boulevard

Care Beyond the Boulevard strives to provide competent, compassionate healthcare for all.  They do this through medical clinics at set locations, medical respite carehousing for medical recovery, street outreach and support services.

Heartland is involved in the street outreach.  You can volunteer to work on the CBB medical van if you are a licensed practitioner (MD, DO, PA, NP, LPN, RN) or as a hospitality worker to distribute care packages, warm clothing, food, or other necessities to those living on the street.
